Lou Campoli and Cathi Carroll, DWS, are partners in Wine Wanderings, Inc., focusing on
international wine and food education, consulting, and travel.
Lou and Cathi have been Board members of the Connecticut Chapter of the American Institute
of Wine and Food (AIWF) and chaired the Wine Committee.
They are members of the Society of Wine Educators (SWE), International Association of
Culinary Professionals (IACP), American Wine Society (AWS), and the American Society of
Enology and Viticulture (ASEV).
Both have completed formal wine education programs, most notably those sponsored by the
Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET) of the United Kingdom, and Cathi is a candidate for
the prestigious international Master of Wine level of achievement.
They are wine instructors in the Extended Studies program at Norwalk Community Technical College (NCC).
Lou has also managed a wine retail store, and is a freelance wine columnist.
In addition, they provide wine education to private groups, corporate institutions,
and civic organizations, and consult on restaurant wine lists and personal wine cellars.
